1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Race Modal's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Race Modal offers premium racing merchandise including helmets, apparel, and accessories. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities of products available for purchase
  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
  • Discontinue products without notice

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made through approved payment methods. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be returned. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. USER ACCOUNTS

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

In no event shall Race Modal or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Race Modal's website, even if Race Modal or a Race Modal authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
